By accessing and using Fusodor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Fusodor is a database of perfumery ingredients intended for educational and informational purposes. The Service provides users with access to information about various perfumery ingredients, their properties, and usage.

As a user of Fusodor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when interacting with the Service
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

4.1 The Fusodor database is protected by the Database Directive (96/9/EC) of the European Union and applicable copyright laws. While individual facts within the database may come from public sources, the database as a whole, including its structure, arrangement, and presentation, represents our substantial investment and is protected by law.

4.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the information on Fusodor for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.3 Unless explicitly permitted in writing, users may not:

• Extract and/or re-utilize the whole or a substantial part of the contents of the database
• Engage in any automated data collection, including but not limited to scraping, data mining, or data extraction
• Perform repeated and systematic extraction and/or re-utilization of insubstantial parts of the contents of the database
• Create derivative databases based on the contents of Fusodor
• Use the data for commercial purposes without prior written agreement

4.4 Any use of the content that doesn't comply with these terms may be a violation of our database rights, copyright, and/or our terms of service.

4.5 We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized use of our database or content, as provided by applicable laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Fusodor does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Fusodor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Fusodor reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and other applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, Fusodor or these Terms shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
